We announce the death of Mama Priskilla Mogute Mwebi which occurred on 1/6/2024 at Medforte Hospital Kisii.

She was lovely wife of the late Pastor Simion Mwebi Makori of Nyanturago Village, Nyamasibi sublocation, Nyaribari Masaba.

She was lovely Mother of the late Shem Bichang’a, Elisheba Moraa, Lydia Kemunto, Alfred Momanyi (USA), Alice Kerubo, Cleveland Mwebi (Adv. Mumias), Martha Mwango (Bocharia School) and Nixon Ogendi (USA).

Mother-in-law of the late Grace, Chauro, James, Zablon, Phillis, Ombati, Margret, Isaac and Phane.

She was sister of the late Obonyo Moronge, Nyamori, Ochwang’i, Mongeri, Bosire, Andrew, Kayago, Mogire, Mokaya Ratemo, Isaac, Ben, among others.

She was grandmother of Hellen, Makoris, Nyakoras, Maragas, Kerubos, Leahs, Naomi, Vera, Sheila, Rose, Ednah, Wildah,Venas, Doreen among others.

Sister in-law of the late Makori, Harun, Magoma, Miriamu, Gwaro, Getembe, Lucy, Wilkister, Bichang’as, and Bikundo among others.Kamati of Yunes, Milka, Jane, Marys, Sibiah, Monica, Nyamisa, Catherine, Roseline, Grace, Moraa, Hellen, Peris, Nyanchama, Kerubo among others.

She is aunt of Anyona, Onwong’a, Morang’a, the late Ouko and Osoro, Enock, Ondigi, Ong’uti, Trusilla, Grace, Jemima, Jane, Maturu and Bosibori, Josephine, Richard, Wilfred, Lewis, Charles Mogaka,Martin,Dennis, Makoris, Paul, Dickson, Jane, Lydias,Tabitha,Rebecca among others.

The body is laying at Kisii Level 6 Hospital. Friends and relatives are meeting at her home at Nyanturago and in Kakamega. There will be fundraising on line on 18/06/2024 from 5.00 p.m. and at her home at Nyanturago on the same day from 2.00 p.m.

The body leaves Kisii Level 5 Hospital on 20/6/2024 for Burial on 21/06/2024 at her home at Nyaribari Masaba, Nyamasibi Location, Nyanturago village from 9.00 a.m.

There will be a virtual fundraising on 18th June.2024 at 5: P.M. to raise funds to defray funeral expenses.
