It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mama Resian Ene Sumare.

Loving wife to the late Sumare Ole Kurraru. Mother of Parmari (Namelok), Reshina, Muterian (Nairobi Girrafe Manor), Jonah Marahpash (Kajiado County Liquor Board Chairman), Temuka (Chief Olchoro), the late Kaunda, Joel Mureno (Kajiado County Government), Malano (Korea) and Sameri (Satao Elerai).

Co-wife to late Lempeke, Ntii, and the late Pilale. Step-mother to Bukoki, Keneti, Matayiani, Mparo, Stephen Sonto, Backson, Lempela, Sintole, Ngaur, Kishapui, Elizabeth, Sipeina, Silantei, Sabina, Kilukei, Sarupa and Ninaiyai. Mother-in-law to Peneti, Naresia, Lucy, Clara, Muyiai, Serah, Maangwe and Peninah.

Grandmother to Lemaiyan, Ntimama, Serea, Sakimba, Mpapaa, Siyapei, Ndiri, Opendo, Margaret, Leturesh, Silanga, Sanaiyan, Seiyan, Parsaye, Kimirei, Karaine, Soinkei, Sunte, Sankau, Kimiti, Emma, Salaton, Parsitau, Talash, Resian, Maloy, Samunge, the late Sanguya, Simel, Morindat, Miaron, Siamit, Suiyanga, Simion, Solonga, Nampaso, Barbra, Namunyak, Lanoi, Meitamei, Nashipa, Leshan, Rayani, Derick, Harrison and Veronica. Great-grandmother to 7 children.

The cortege leaves Loitokitok Sub-county Hospital Mortuary on Monday 9th August, 2021 at 8:00am for a funeral service and burial at her Olchoro Rongai Home.
