MARGARET NYACHIRA GITHIRI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to Glory of our beloved sister Margaret Nyachira Githiri, which occurred on 19th January, 2022 at Kenyatta National Hospital after a long illness.

Daughter to the late Stanslaus Ngaruiya Karau and Mary Ndirima Ngaruiya. Daughter-in-law to the late Cornelius Maina Mwema and the late Margaret Njeri Maina. Sister to the late Ann Nduta, the late Pauline Nyakio, Susan Njeri Muiruri, Edward Karau, the late Peter Ndichu, Elizabeth Wanjiku Gatheca, Teresia Karugi, Beatrice Njambi Waweru and Grace Muthoni.

Adoring wife to Francis Githiri Maina of Buena Vista Safaris. Doting mother to the late Kevin Maina Githiri, Evans Ngaruiya Githiri and Juliet Njeri Githiri. Mother-in-law to Magdalene Nthenya and Leah Kikuyu. Grandmother to lvannah Nyachira Maina, Ethan Githiri Ngaruiya and Naila Nyachira Ngaruiya.

Sister-in-law to Elizabeth Wamuyu Maina, Serah Wahu and EstherWangui Mucai and Njoki Ndarathi among many others.

Family, friends and relatives are meeting at her home in Syokimau Estate every day from 5.00pm for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital funeral home on 26th January, 2022 at 7.00am for a funeral service to be held at P.C.E.A Church Thaithi, Mathira West, Nyeri at 10.30am and thereafter, burial will take place in the family home at Thaithi, Nyeri County.
