It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Maria Rosa Mong’ina Mochoge which occurred on 11th October 2022 in Nairobi.

Daughter to the late Makori and the late Kerubo of Botaranda village. Wife to the late Thomas Mochoge Mairura. Mother to the late Joseph Nyagaka, Maurice Motindi, Consolata Nyabonyi, Francisca Kwamboka, Richard Mochoge, Pius Nyabuga, Marcella Moraa and Thomas Mirimba.

Daughter-in-law to the Great Mairura Otero and Nyangau Mairura, Ikonge Mairura, Kwamboka Mairura, Bonareri Mairura among others.

Sister to the late Nyambori, the late Maturwe and the late Francisca. Sister-in-law to the late Atogo, the late Luka, the late Manyi, the late Masega, the late Ogaro, the late Gesumwa among others.

Mother-in-law to the late Mary Nyagaka, Norah Motindi, Truphena Mochoge, Florence Nyabuga and Jenes Nyangate, Charles Omwega, Peter Aoga, Peter Onsongo.

Burial will take place at Bogeka Nyabondo village, Mogusi Sub-Location, Mosocho Division, Kisii County on 21st October 2022.
