MARTHA ONDECHE AMAKOYE

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that Maseno University announces the sudden demise of Martha Ondeche Amakoye, on Tuesday, 5th October, 2021, at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital – Kisumu, after a battle with Breast Cancer.

Beloved daughter of Tom Paul Njeli Amakoye and Mary Ahono Amakoye of Ebusakami, Ebusamba. Granddaughter to the late Paul & Jenipher Njeli and the late Francis Essanya and Rebecca Waithera.

Precious mother to Algan Owino. Loving sister to Rueben, Kennedy, Ruth, Jane, Grace, Josephine and Floice. Martha was a niece, cousin and friend to many.

Family and Friends are meeting at Marthar’s parents’ home in Ebusamba everyday for prayers and planning.

The cortege leaves Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary on Sunday, 17th October, 2021, at 2.00pm, for church service and burial on Monday, 18th October, 2021, at her parents’ home in Ebusakami, Ebusamba in Vihiga County.

May her Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
