Death and Funeral Announcement of Mary Collete Wangui Karanja ,

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mary Collete Wangui Karanja (Wamukurugeji) which occurred on 7th May 2020 after a long illness bravely borne.

Wife of the late Mr. Robert Karanja Kinyanjui, former Deputy Registrar High Court of Kenya. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs Thomas Kaigai of Embu, and sister of the late Catherine Matiina, Lucas Wang’ombe, Immaculate Roko and Michael Waweru. Mother of Salome Wanjiku Kubai (USA), Flora Wambui Karago, the late Joseph Kinyanjui, Ann Wanjiru Karanja, Tom Kaigai Karanja and Julius Njenga Karanja. Beloved grandmother and great-grandmother of many.

Due to current MOH guidelines advising against social gatherings, family and friends can communicate to the family through 0711483218.

The cortege leaves Mukoe Funeral Home, Githunguri, on Wednesday the 13th May 2020 at 9:00 AM to her home in Ihiga, near Githiga Boys High School where she will be laid to rest.
