MARY WANGECI KANYOTTU

It’s with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the passing on of Mary Wangeci Kanyottu on 3 rd August.

She was the loving wife of Babu Allan Kanyottu of Studio Sawa Sounds.

She was daughter of The Late Hiram Kirathe & The Late Martha Nyambura Kirathe.

Daughter-in-law of The Late Frederick Babu & The Late Phyllis Wangui & Joyce Njoki.

Sister of Alice, Waweru, Jane, Irungu, Kimani, Kamande, Irene, Wangari & Githaiga.

Sister-in-law of Rachel, Edith, Chege, Njeri, Wanjiru, Wairimu, Wacera & Nyambura.

Mother of Babu Kanyottu, Lee Kanyottu, Kevin Kanyottu, Kui Kanyottu & Mother-figure of Patrick Maina.

She was mother-in-love of Njeri Kamanu, Wanjiku Kanyottu & Kariuki Ndirangu.

An awesome grandmother of Kenia Wangeci, Mutana Kanyottu, Muthaka Nyokabi, Kiante Kanyottu, Kemi Kamanu, Wema Muthoni, Taji Ndirangu & Ayden Kanyottu.

A cousin, friend, auntie & former colleague of many.

Family & friends will meet on Monday, 5th August starting 5:00 pm at ACK St. Francis Church, Karen.

A memorial service & celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, 7th August starting 10:00 am at the same venue.
