MARY WANGU WAMAI

It Is with humble acceptance of God’s will that Wamai family announces the passing of Mary Wangu Wamai at Maria Immaculatta hospital on 13th January 2022.

Daughter of the late Gerald Wamai and the late Esther Wanjiku. Loving mother of Gerald Wamai, David Muriuki , Esther Wanjiku (Tenderfoot School), the late Ellud Mainzi, the late Wachira and the late Wachuka. Mother In Law to Grace Muriuki and the late Leah Maina

Sister to the late Muriuki, Wachira, Ngari, Kang’ara, late Tabitha, Wachuka, the late Mwangi, Wakonyu, Muriuki, and Archdeacon Maina Wamai. She was an aunt, grandmother to many, great grandmother to Ryan Maingi and Kyla Wanjiku among many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Suna estate Wanyee road (Esther Wamai’s residence).

The cortege leaves Umash funeral home on Saturday the 22nd January 2022 at 7am for burial service at the family home In Thunguri village Kirinyaga county. All covid protocols will be observed.
