It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mathew Kamau Gaati of Kibage, Kandara, Murang’a, which occurred on 4th May 2020.

Husband of the Late Mary Nyambura. Brother of Njoroge, Nyakero, Njuguna, Mwangi, the Late Müheiri (Kiboi), Ndirangu and the Late Njoki.

Father of Margaret & Mungai (Ruiru); Eng. Maina (formerly of Nairobi Metropolitan) & Salome, Karanja & Felicity, Meihuri & Eunice (Eunitech Eng.), Harun (TSC); Principal Nelius & Njoroge, Jeff Njoroge & Lydiah, the Late Wanjiku, Thuo & Esther. Grandfather and great grandfather of many.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 8.00a.m on Friday, 8th May 2020, for burial at his home in Kibage at 10.00a.m. This will be a private ceremony for family members only in line with government directives.
