It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Matilda Juma Atieno, which occurred on 12/06/2022.
Beloved daughter of Naphtal Juma Ondijo and the late Verinah Juma Ondijo of Kwabwai, Ndhiwa.
Daughter-in-law to the late Mzee Vitalice Omollo Odera and Paulina Athieno Omollo of Ugenya.
Loving wife to Dominic Omollo. Mother to Vitalice Omollo (doc) and Paula Beryne.
Sister to the late Geoffrey Juma, Macquin Juma, Godwin Juma, Caroline Juma, Antoinette Juma, Eugene Juma and Anna Juma.
Sister-in-law to the late Lucas Omollo, Alice Were, Rose Omollo, Gladys Omono, Dina Omollo, Julias Omollo and Marcel Omollo, Mercy Odhiambo, Joan Mong’are and Daniel Omolo.
Daily meetings are being held at her Migosi residence in Kisumu and at their Bondo home.
There will be a fundraising at her home in Migosi on 24/06/2022, to assist in preparations for burial plans.
Church service will be held on Thursday 30/06/2022 at Kibuye Catholic Church in Kisumu, at 10.00am.
The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital (Kisumu), on Thursday 30/06/2022, for her rural home in Bondo Siaya. Burial will be held on 01/07/2022.
