It is with humble acceptance that we announce the promotion to glory of Maureen Njeri Njihia of Kenya Revenue Authority – Embu Office (Student of MUA University), which occurred on 24th May 2021, at Kenyatta University Referral Hospital, after a short illness.

A loving daughter of Jackson Njihia Kimani and Mercy Muthoni Kimani Nguru. Sister of Edwin Kimani Njihia and James Maina Njihia (Qatar). Granddaughter of the late Simon Kimani Kahuha, Ruth Njeri Kimani, the late James Kimani Nguru and Mary Wangui Kimani.

Niece to Simon Ndirima Kimani, Antony Njuguna, Beth Waithira, Hannah Nyakio Gatere, Lucy Mumbi, Tabitha Wanjiru and Mary Njoki (Kahawa West), Angellnah Wangari, John Kimani (Public Works), Simon Kimani (Garissa), Patrick Nguru (Iraq), Francis Njoroge of Medina, Jane Gathogo (Maguguni Primary), Roselta Wairimu (Green Sport) and others.

Cousin to Ruth Njeri Kahuha,Charles Njenga (Qatar), Njeri Chira (World Class), Martin Mburu (AP Nyeri), Kelvin Kimani Ng’ang’a, Mary Wangui (Kinangop), Ann Wanjiru Kibe, Wangui (Rennet) and others.

The cortege leaves KU Referral Funeral Home on Tuesday 8th June, 2021 at 8:00am, for burial at her parents’ home next to Kanjuku Shopping Centre, Githunguru Sub-county, Kiambu County.
