It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away of Mayi Robai Nekesa Webala.

Wife of the late Elijah Wekesa Webala. Daughter of the late Kuko Wepukhulu Malale and the late Kukhu Mwiruka Namaemba.

Sister of the late John Lusweti, Elijah Polisi, Ruth Werengekha, Zipporah Nakhumicha among others. Mother of Alex Mumali, Madam Mary Webala, Moses Webala, Dr. Paul Webala (Maasai Mara University), Rose Webala, Dr. Evelyn Webala, Emily Webala and Meshack Webala.

Sister-in-law to the late Vincent Kerre Webala, the late Peter Okumu Webala. John Sikuku Webala, Patrick Waswa Webala, among others. Grandmother to many.

The cortege will leave Lifecare Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday, February 9th 2022 at 2.00pm. Mayi will be laid to rest on Thursday, February 10th 2022 at her home near Lwanda Boys Secondary School. West Sang’alo Sub location, Bungoma County.
