It is with regret that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved Michael Cosmas Obuya of Nyatoto Rhuma Location. Michael Obuya was promoted to glory on 14th April 2020.

Son of the late Mikael Onyach Nyagowa and the late Margarita Ondego Onyanch. Beloved husband of Hannah Awour and Hilda Atieno Abur of Nyatoto – Suba District. Brother of the late Lazaro Marco, Simon Onyach, John Onyango Nyagowa, Phillip Onyach, Angelina Akongo, Sophia Aduda, the late Fedelis Ayoo and the late Dorcila Akumu. Stepbrother of Evans Ochieng and Helen Adhiambo. Father of the late Evelyn Obuya, Beatrice Obuya (UK), Jacqueline Obuya (Plan International), the late Millicent Obuya, Steve Obuya (Universal Pack – Italy), Edwin Obuya, Phidelis Obuya (Heritage Associates) and Stacy Obuya. Father-in-law of Farouk Olang, Arabron Osanya-Nyyenque, Cinza Esposito. Grandfather of Chrispine Omondi, Abdulraham Olang, Esther Osanya amongst others.

Owing to the Government restrictions on gathering Michael Obuyas’ remains have been preserved at Lee Funeral home awaiting a funeral date.

The Funeral will take place at his rural home in Nyatoto — Suba District Rhuma Location.
