MICHAEL KIPKORIR MAINA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Mr Michael Kipkorir Maina formerly, Clerk to County Council, Elgeyo Marakwet on 26th June 2020 at his home in Kamelil, Elgeyo Marakwet County.

He leaves behind his beloved wife Mrs. Josephine Maina and children: Sally (Kenya Pipeline), the late Janet, Leonida (Koptega Girls), Lilly (Uasin Gishu County), Alice (Business lady, Nairobi), Brigid (EACC) & Haron Kiplagat. Father-in-law of the Samwel Sigel, the late Jackson Kiplagat, Stephen Kosgei, Eng. Kipkemoi Kibias and Beatrice Chebet. Loving Son of the late Maina Kimoning ‘and Kobilo Maina of Kamelil Village, Chepkorio Elgeyo Marakwet. Son-in-law of Kabartoo of Chebior, Kapkoi. Brother of the late Tapranditich, the late Tapkigen, Wilson Chelagat, the late Hellen Bore and Jane Kimutai. Doting Grandfather of Nixon, Elvis, Ian, Collins, Allan, Jael, Alvin, Jean, Austin, Marvin, Ivy, Hilary, Brian, Nickson, Vincent, Kiptum, Sharyl, Shain Chepkoech, Cleophas, Brandon, Leon, Bradley, Troy, Ty and Hadley Jemutai.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at his home at Kamelil. There shall be a funds drive to meet the funeral expense at his home on 1st July 2020. Contributions maybe sent to Brigid Maina cell: 0720499050.

The cortege leaves Racecourse Funeral Home for service at his home on Friday 3rd July 2020 and burial on 4/7/2020.
