Death has occurred of Milkah Wangari Nphia on 16th August 2020 of Kangui Village, Mungaria Location, Kandara Sub-County, Muranga County.

Wife of Mathew Njihia Nioora. Mother of Mwalimu Samuel Npora Njihia & Pauline Waniiru, Dr. George Kinyanjui Njihia & Anne Muthoni, Mwalimu Emiliana Muthonl Karuma, Cpa. Patrick Nyoike Njihia & the late Esther Wangari, Mwalimu Alice Wanjiru Gachoka. Cecilia Ninga Maina (3M), Jacinta Waniiku Njiha, Felister Waithira Kariri and Regina Wairimu Njihia. Mother in-law of Karuma Kariithi, Mwalimu Stephen Gachoka, Simon Kariri and Mathew Maina (3M). Grandmother of (29) children and 21 great grandchildren.

The cortege leaves St Mulumba Hospital (Thika) at 7.00a.m. on 19/08/2020 and thereafter funeral service & burial will take place at her home, Kangui Village, Mungaria Location, Kandara Sub-County, Murang’a County.

NB:The burial will be restricted to family members and close friends according to the government’s laid down protocol and guidelines due to Covid- 19
