It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of our beloved mum and grandma Miriam Kerubo Obuya on 4th October 2022.

Loving wife to the late Elder Dr. Francis Obuya Mogusu. Mother to the late Milkah, Doris, Norah, Kennedy, Tom, Josphine, Jane, Priscilla and Delphine. Sister-in-law to the late Ombui, Machuki, Onsare, Florence, Sibiah among others.

Mother-in-law to Erica, Emma, Joel among others.

Aunt to Ibrahim, Naftal, Jacob, Haron, Nyamenge among others.

Grandmother to Julliane, Fred, Lilian, Phoebe, Carol, Cliff,Tonnie, Brian, oy, Caleb, Edith, Eleazer, Nelson, Gesora, Nathaniel, Norman, Purity, Pacificah, Reagan, Melissah among others. Great-grandmother to Brenda, Amari among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at her Omosaria home.

The cortege leaves Hema Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 20th October 2022. She will be laid to rest on Friday, 21st October 2022 at her Omosaria home, Nyamache Sub-County, Kisii County.
