MIRIAM NYOKABI MACHARIA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Miriam Nyokabi Macharia which occurred on 23rd July 2020 after a long illness.

She was the daughter of the late Onesmus Macharia and the late Elizabeth Wangui Macharia. She was a sister to the late Sarah Nyakianda, the late Rufus Maim, the late Simon Mwangi, Ruth Mwihaki, Wanja Githuku, Nelson Njuguna, George S. N. Macharia (Nairobi Projectors), Amina Wanjiku, the late Tom Ndungu the late Mary Njeri and Jane Wangui. She was the mother to Michael Macharia, the late Elizabeth Wangui, Hannah Waitherero, Lucy Mutune, Rufus Maina (Pillar Audio Visual), the late Penina Wambui and Ruth Mwihaki. She was the Mother-in-law to Veronica Nyambura. Elijah Mwangi, Pastor Joseph Wambua (Heavens Gate Church KAG Naivasha); Esther Wanjiku and Benson lbare. She was Aunty and grandma to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her Naivasha residence for prayers and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home tomorrow Wednesday, 29th July 2020 for burial at her son’s farm in Karate Naivasha at 11.00am,

Mummy you fought a good fight, you finished the race and you have kept the faith. Blessed be the name of the Lord. We thank God for the Life well lived and the years He gave you to us.
