Death and Funeral Announcement of Miriam Ruguru Muriu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Miriam Ruguru Muriu.

Wife of John Muriu Kinuthia of Nyarugumu village, Muguga. Mother of Eunice Mumbi Mwaura (BuruBuru), Georgia Wanjiku Kinuthia (Formerly of C.B.K), Winnie Wambui Njoroge (UoN), Kenneth Thuo Muriu (C.B.K), Samuel Mburu Muriu (KALRO), Henry Kihoto (USA), Geoffrey Kungu Muriu, Lucy Wanjiru Odipo (KALRO), Moses Njunge Muriu (CBK), Nelson Kinuthia Muriu and the late Harrison Ndungu Muriu. Grandmother of Michael Muriu Kinuthia (NBK) and Leila Njeri Mwaura (Stanchart), Michael Muriu Thuo (Saudi) among others. Sister of Esther Wanjira Mungai (Ndeiya), Jerusa Wanjiru Njogu (Nyahururu) and the late Joseph Wainaina Thuo. Great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Nyarugumu village, near Muguga High School for prayers.

The cortege leaves Kikuyu P.C.E.A Mortuary on Friday 20th March 2020 (20/03/2020) at 09.00am for a church service at P.C.E.A Nyarugumu Church from 11.00am. Burial will take place at her home in Nyarugumu village Muguga, near Muguga High School.
