MONICA MWARI ANAMPIU

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the demise of our Mum Monica Mwari Anampiu, Patron of Dagoretti South Constituency, Nairobi.

Until her demise she held the following positions; Woman Leader in Nairobi County and Chairperson several women groups in Nairobi County. Patron and Head of Dagoretti South Constituency Bursary Committee. Member Dagoretti South Constituency Roads Committee. Patron Dagoretti South Constituency Development Committee.

She was a daughter of the late Senior Chief Joseph M’Anampiu Kaigwala and the late Elizabeth Nankui. Adorable mother to Linet Makena of Nairobi. Sister, Sister in Law, Aunt, Cousin, Friend to Many. Grandmother to Dashiell Ndumia Kimani.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at her home in Riruta, opp. Kinyanjui Primary School from 5pm.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Thika funeral home on Wednesday, 17th March 2021. There will be a service at home and thereafter burial in Tigania East on the same day.
