MONICAH JOHN KAVUVI

The Kenya Union of Commercial Food and Allied Workers wishes to announce the passing on of the late Mrs Monicah John Kavuvi on Thursday 28th May 2020 at Coptic Hospital Nairobi. After a long illness Bravely borne.

Beloved wife of Mr John Michael Kavuvi and mother of our General Secretary Bro. Boniface Kavuvi, Sherrick Mwikali, Ngina Nzyoki, late Ann, Benson Musyoki (County Government of Machakos) and David Mwangangi ( Mwangi). Daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Kaunange Kasema, step daughter of Mrs Nduku Kaunange, sister of late Wambua David, Susan Kanana, Rev. Nzau Kaunange among others. Cousin of Mutuku Muia (Tumba), Nthuku Museku among others. Daughter in-law of the late Mr and Mrs Christopher Kavuvi Mativo.

Sister in law of Mr and Mrs Joel Kavuvi , Mrs Philis Musyoka, late Raphael Nzeki, late Joseph Muinde and late Norah Munyao, Jacinta Kanini and Kim Mukui. She had 17 grand children including Jackson Mutuku, Nthenya (Toto), Muema Nzyoki, Mwende Nzyoki, Arnold Mutie, Travis Mulwa, Allan Mutua, Rooney Wambua, Kelvin Musyoki, Gloria Musyoki, Natasha Kaluki and Nadia Mukulu among others. She had 8 great grand children.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home Machakos on Thursday 4th June 2020 at 9.00a.m. Prayers and burial rights will be held at her Home Manyata village, upper Kiandani sub-location , Mumbuni location, Machakos county.

Mama, Susu, in the hands of the Lord you lie and in our hearts you will remain forever. AMEN.
