It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mr. Chrispine Onyango Owino, a Principal Seed Inspector at KEPHIS Kitale Regional office after a short illness.

He was a son of Joseph Owino Ogawo and mama Patricia Osure Owino, a loving husband of Kerymas Majhalla Mwazighe (Department of Agriculture, Siaya County).

Beloved father of Kevin Odhiambo (Kabete National Polytechnic), Alvan Odour and Neville Ochieng both of Nyambaria High School, Brandon Odhiambo and Amaya Mbala both of Aida Star Academy, Kitale.

Brother of Elizabeth Akinyi (Ugunja), Pauline Atieno (Nairobi), Caroline Awino (Mombasa), Angela Mbeke (Hungary), Jackline Akoth (Rwambwa,Busia) and Victor

Otieno (Kakamega).

Uncle of Isaac Owino (Nairobi), Angela Adhiambo (St. Joseph’s Girls High School, Kitale), Dorcas Akoth (Bukura Agricultural College) and Mildred Atieno (Siaya Technical Institute) among others.

The cortege of the late Mr. Chrispine Onyango Owino leaves the Bama Hospital Mortuary, Siaya on 21st June 2024 for a night vigil and the funeral service will be held on the 22nd of June 2024 at Kisar Village, North Alego Location, Komolo Sub Location, Kisar Village, Siaya County.
