Death and Funeral Announcement of Mrs Grace Ruguru Wahome

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs Grace Ruguru Wahome which occurred on Friday 13th March 2020 after a long illness bravely borne.

Wife of the late Alexander Wahome Kimiti. Daughter of the late Ndirangu Kihiu and the late Esther Ciondo. Loving mother of Priscilla Munyasya, the late Bethuel Kimiti, Jane Muriithi, Rebecca Mukami, James Ndirangu, Lydiah Kabene, Charles Githua, Isabel Kimemia and Hiram Ngure. Sister of Mrs Kagure Mwangi, Mrs Kabura Gichohi, Mrs Wangari Nderi, Jackson Ngure, Andrew Wachira, Douglas Gachanja and the late Mrs Nyakaro Mwangi. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Her body is lying at the Kiriaini Mission Hospital mortuary. Family and friends are meeting at her Gaacibi home for prayers and funeral arrangements. Family and friends will meet at Abbey Hotel, Nairobi today Wednesday 18th March 2020 to finalize burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kiriaini Mission Hospital Mortuary at 9.00am on Friday 20th March 2020. Funeral Service will be held at the ACK St Emmanuel Church Wahundura, starting 10am. Thereafter she will be laid to rest in her Ndaru farm, Gaacibi.
