MRS. JANET KENDI NGOCI

It is with deep sorrow and gratitude that we celebrate the life of Mrs. Janet Kendi Ngoci,cherished soul who touched many lives with her kindness, dedication, and unwavering strength.

Born in Mulele Village, Vihiga County, Janet dedicated her life to education and nurturing young minds as a home science teacher at Mukumu Girls High School among others.

Janet bravely battled illness and peacefully passed away on Friday, 7 th June 2024, at St.Luke Orthopedic Hospital.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Erastus Sagala Lunyagi and the late Mrs. Truphena Imali Sagala.

She was the devoted wife of the late Nathaniel Ngoci and a loving mother of John Kiria, James Sagala, and Brenda Imali.

Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Samantha Kendi, Abel Ngoci, Daliah Kendi and Darius Mutugi.

Janet was a treasured sister of Befury Lwangu & Chilson Lwangu, Ebby Sagala, Emily Sagala, Alice Sagala, James Konzolo and Nancy Sagala.

She was also a beloved aunt and a dear friend to many, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and generosity.

Her memory will forever be etched in our hearts, and she will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The cortege leaves Cherengany Mortuary Kitale on 21st June for a night Vigil.

Janet will be laid to rest at her home in Standard, Kitale, on Saturday, 22nd June 2024.
