MWAITU ALICE NZILI MALONZA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of a legend, a woman of faith, Mwaitu Alice Nzili Malonza. She rested peacefully on Saturday 5th September 2020 at 96 yrs.

Daughter of the late Mailu Nduse & the late Malinda Makima. Sister to John Mailu, Nthambi Mailu, Dr. Cleopa Mailu & the late Shadrack Makundi Mailu among others. Wife of the late John Malonza with whom they were blessed with six (6) children Namely: The Late Rose Kasivi, Ben Malonza, Mutuse, the late Kamuu, Mwikali & Mutie. Mother-in-law to Vascaline, Graciella, Christine & Ruth. She was blessed with seventeen (17) grand children, twenty nine (29) great grand children & five (5) great great grand children. Aunt to Gideon Makundi, Charles Musee, Stephen Mutua, Patrick Mailu, Sister Magdalene Matheka, Michael Kitele among others. She was a spiritual mother and a mentor to many.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home at 8:30AM for a service and interment on Friday 11th September 2020 at her son’s home, Kinanie Village, Mavoko Sub county, Machakos county.

In God’s hand you rest in our hearts you remain forever.
