We regret to announce the death of Mwalimu Jackson Okindo Nyameta of Mwamanyara, Itumbe, Kegogi, Marani Sub-county, Kisii County, who passed on 24th October, 2021, while undergoing treatment at Getembe Hospital.

Son of the late Nyameta Manyara and the late Kingi Kemunto. Husband of Jemima Kwamboka. Father of Jason Obino, Callen Nyakerario, Florence Nyabate, Peterson Nyakeri, Gladys Kemunto, Norah Kerubo, George Manyara and Charles Onteri. Brother of Maria Boyani, Henry Mochache, Sospeter Nyakeri, Jerusha Gesare, Manyara, Onyiego, Obino, Misiga, Ondari, Moraa, Kerubo, Nyanchama, Nyabate, Mokong’u (all -departed).

Father-in-law of Florence Boyani, Beatrice Mwango, Nancy Gesare, Ruth Kemunto, Retired Snr. Chief Vincent Onyiego George Mageto, Robert Makori and Wilfred Nyakundi. Korera of the late, Onyiego, the late Gisege, Obure, Nyakwara, Nyaata, Meroka Mokaya and the late Nyariki.

The cortege leaves KTRH Mortuary on 5th, November, 2021, for burial at s home, Itumbe village, Nyakoora Sub-location, Kegogi Location, Kisii County.
