MWALIMU MESHACK NDEZWA IGOBWA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu Meshack Ndezwa lgobwa which occurred on 29th January 2023 after a short illness. He hails from Japkwoni Village, Jivovoli Sub-Location, Shamakhokho Location, Vihiga County.

Beloved husband to Mwalimu Rebecca Khavere lgobwa (departed).

He was son of Mzee Joshua Musululiza Ndezwa (departed) and Esther Khabwengesi Ndezwa (departed). Son-in-law to Zablon Jimirikini (departed) and Tabitha Vulegani (departed).

A Loving caring father of Joan and Musa Limuga, Sheila and George Mugwe, Fletcher lgobwa, Prof. Everett Shiverenje lgobwa, Hainnath Shanga, Bethwell and Dr. Clara lgobwa, Averall (departed) and Anne Jimirikini, Pastor Eulene and Michael Kamau, and Bertram and Elizabeth Magale lgobwa.

Brother of Eddah (departed) and Absalom Adeya (departed), Amb. James and Beatrice Simani, Aggrey (departed), Catherine Estika (departed), Philip (departed) and Margaret Shivembe, Fredrick (departed) and Emma Amiani, Grace and Jeremia Okova Obudo, John and Lydia Ndezwa, Beatrice Egehiza (departed) and Vivian Amgozo Lwenya.

Brother in-law of Diana (departed) and Shem Lihanda, Isaac (departed) and Micah Likhangasi, Thomas (departed) and Agnes M’maitsi (departed). A beloved cousin, uncle of many and a doting grandfather of 23 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at home in Japkwoni village at 2.00pm and at ACK Guest House on Tuesday, 7th February 2023 at 5:30pm to raise funds to settle funeral expenses.

The cortege will leave Jumia Friends Hospital Kaimosi Mortuary on 9th February for his home in Japkwoni Village,  Shamakhokho location, Vihiga County. There will be a service at home on Friday, 10th February 2023. Burial ervice will take place on Saturday, 11th February, starting at 10.00am.
