It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden death on 1st October 2023 of Mwalimu Patrick Mbogo Mwaniki formerly of “Kathima”, USIU-A, UON-Kikuyu Campus, CUEA, ISK, Aga Khan Academy & Strathmore School. Personal tutor and counsellor to many.

Beloved husband of Jane Riemi Mbogo. Loving father to Mary Therese Murugi, Christopher Mwenda and Regina Muthoni.

Son of the late Naftali Mwaniki Gakiavi and Anastasia Gitari Mwaniki.

Son-in-law of the late Ezekiel Ngondi Wamae and Albina Ruguru Ngondi.

Brother of Sebby Ndwiga, Anisia Kaari, the late Julia Marigu, Jayne & Mike Njeru, Ben & Susan Kariuki, Judy Kina, Venansio & Esther Kiarago, Lucy Wanjira, Flora Mbeere, Jane & Jimmy Gathuma, Leonard & Rosemary Njeru, Paul Mbogo, Martin & Liz Gichovi and Joseph-Antony &Winfred Njagi.

Brother-in-law to Sr. Hellen Gicuku, Gertrude & Arthur Namu, the late Herman Munyi, Martin (deceased) & Angela Njeru, Consolata Wanjiku, Mary Goretti & Dr. Adiel Nkonge, the late Paul Njiru and the late Rose Wamugo, Loving Cousin and Uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the Consolata Shrine, Allamano Centre, Westlands starting at 5.30pm. Your moral and financial support is greatly appreciated.
