It is with profound sadness that we announce the demise of Mwalimu (Retired) Raphael Mungai Ndabi.

Son of the late John Ndabi Kariuki and the late Hannah Muciku Ndabi of Mang’u, Mutuma Village.

Loving husband of Agatha Wanjiru Mungai. Father of James Ndabi & Mary Nduta, Anthony Kariuki & Rahab Wanja, Julia Muciku & George Gichuhi, Simon Ndungu & Peninah Remi, Irene Mendi & Patrick Huri and George Gitau & Sandra Wambui. Brother of the late Simon Kariuki Ndabi, the late Gabriel Kironji Ndabi, Peter Kibicho Ndabi and Emma Wamuhu Ndabi. Step brother of Lawrence Kibicho (MCA Mang’u Ward) among others. Brother-in-law of Michael Gitau Kariuki and Virginia Wamaitha Muraga.

Grandfather of Alice, Lynette & Sylvester Ndabi, Isaac, Steward, Carol, Michelle & Tehila Kariuki, Gloria & Michelle Gichuhi, Stephanie ,Augustine & Austin Nd’ungu, Ryan & Raphael Huri and Ian & Debra Gitau.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Thursday 25th June 2020 at 9:00am, thereafter funeral service and burial at his home Mutuma Village, Mang’u Ward, Gatundu North Sub-County, Kiambu on the same day.
