MZEE BENSON OGAMBA BICHANG’A

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we the Arumba family announce the sudden demise of Mzee Benson Ogamba Bichang’a, who passed on peacefully on Thursday 28th October 2021, at Texas Cancer Center – Nairobi.

Husband to Stella Kwamboka. Loving father to Brigit, Trine (C.O.G), Raymond, Edna, Nicholas (Education Marani Sub-county). Grandfather to Tanya, Talya, Tambira, Ryan, Moseti, Stella, Nyanumba and Mosongo. Son of the late Elikanah Bichang’a Arumba and the late Mama Tabitha Matoke of Riegechure Village, Bowendo sub-location, Manga Sub-county, Nyamira County. Son-in-law to the late Momanyi and Yunuke Kerebi of Tuti village.

Brother to the late Teresa, Andrew, Yabesh, Anna, Huldah, Jane, Gesare. Brother-in-law to Nyamieri, Bikoro, Nyamwaro, Teresa, Samson, the late Saul, Jemimah, lssabela, Morara, Shem, Joel, Ben and Meshack. Cousin to Caleb Obonyo, George, Ogamba Bichang’a Kaggia, Abraham, Nyarangi, Ayiera, Samwel Mong’are, Esther Mong’are, Callen Mong’are, Arumba Kibeni and others and uncle to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at their family home Migingo Village, Egesa, Kisii Municipality, for prayers and burial arrangements. Contributions towards a befitting send-off to be channeled to Sofia Otiu on: (0722647604).

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Thursday 4th November, 2021. The Funeral service will take place at Nyanchwa Adventist College and thereafter a burial service on Sunday 7th November, 2021, at his home in Migingo Village, Egesa, Kisii Municipality.
