It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee George Ezekiel Omachar of Ikewata clan, which occurred on 14/12/2021, at his Aedomoru home, in Teso North Sub-county, Busia County.

Beloved son of the late Ezekiel 1paa and the late Mirriel Anyaa. Son-in-law of the late Philip Murunga, Mama Pascalia Iswan and Mama Norah lbwakot. Loving Husband of Evaline Toto. Father of Allan, Janet, Oscar, Anne (Fauzia), Catherine, Stella, Agnes, Jully, Silas and Daniel. Brother of the late Jorlem Orono, the late Johnstone Etyang’, Suleiman lkwara and the late Hellen Igolu. Nephew to, the late Ishmael Emerikwa, Micheal Omachar and Julius Oskuku, Jephter Osudia, Fanuel Ochomo, Eliakim ldewa, Daniel Isogol, Boniface Oputo, Wycliffe Opara, Dishon Nyongesa, Eliakim Atedeo, Magret Ing’wali, Grace Amweno, Margret, Florence, Rita, Jane, Michal, Adah and Jones.

Mzee had 23 grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Lifecare Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday, 21/12/2021, for a requiem mass at The Salvation Army – Aedomoru Church.

Farewell service shall be conducted on Wednesday 22/12/2021, from 9:00am, at Aedomoru Primary School ground, followed by burial at his home.
