It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee Hosea Hannington Wangalwa in the morning of 29/09/2021.

Son of the late Mzee Isaiah Odongo and the late Mama Mirieri Were Odongo and the late Leah Nasubo Odongo. Husband to the late Mary Sanya, Margaret Mukami and Christine Alivisa. Son in law to the late Joel Sanya and the late Margret Nanjala, the late Peter Ngaru and the late Martha Mwihaki, the late Noah Aluda and the late Truphosa Minage.

Brother to the late Arthur Ochwada, the late Gadd Odongo, the late John Odongo, the late Richard Odongo, Jared Ochwada,Wilson Nasubo, Dr. George Odongo, PhaniceWamakobe, James Lukiridenipher Naburi, Melisa Buluma, the late Nasubo and the late Adonijah. Cousin to the Aworis’.

Brother in law to the late Ruth, Cammy, Beatrice, the late Truphosa, the late Juliana, Magdeline, Pauline, Merabu, Teresa, Debora, Ruth, Wilson, Francica, Agrrey, the late Arthur and also brother in law to Jared, Gilbert Nyongesa, Rosebella Akinyi, the late James Chomba, Francis Gachomba, the late Elizabeth Enonda, the late Raymond Njuguna, Ezekiel Karanja, Joseph Gichora, Dorcas Warigia, the late Herman Mburugi, Florence Mudanya, Jane Aluda and Irene Kipkoech.

Father to Shaban, Everline, the late Tina, Razia, Samuel, Joseph, Sophia, Benson, Alice, Joyce, Dominic, the late Mirieri, Richard and Noah. Uncle to many. Father in law to Consolata, the the late Maulidi, Gladys,Ann, Saida, Jackie, Ombati and Henry. Mzee Hosea Wangalwa has left behind 12 Children, 34 Grandchildren and 19 Great grandchildren.

The Cortege will leave Star Mortuary Kisumu on Friday 8th October at 10.00am for Mumbao Village, Luchululo Sub-location, Samia Sub-county, Busia County. There will be a Memorial Service at his home in Mumbao Village, Luchululo Sub-location, Samia Sub-county, Busia County on Friday, 8th October from 1:00pm.

The Burial Service takes place on Saturday 9th October 2021 at his home in Mumbao Village. Luchululo Sub-location, Samia Sub-county, Busia County from 9:00am.
