With deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the promotion to glory of Mzee Isaac Witindi Chimwani, on Tuesday 4th of June 2024 after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Luka Chimwani and the late Rhoda Chiyumba.

Brother of the late Jeremiah Khasiani, the late Misrivi, the late Zakariah Muteheli, Senje Mariamu, the late Senje Loise, the late John Lugonzo and the late Peter Shimanyula.

Loving husband of Mama Gladys Muderwa Chimwani.

Father of Euphrasia, Pamela, Elsa, Jacqueline, Sheila, Kazare, Matilda and Steve. Father-in-law of Kennedy Nengo, Albanus Libasia, Louison Ndjoli, Ruth Khatondi and Irene Onyimbo.

Grandfather of Tim, Ron, Ryan, Ashley, Angie, Becky, Imani, Tunsekele, Ahsante, Rehema, Haddasah and Nalah. Uncle, friend and mentor of many.

There will be a Memorial Service on Thursday, 20th June 2024 at CITAM Valley Road from 11.00a.m to 2.00p.m.

Mzee will be laid to rest on Saturday, 22nd of June 2024 at Ishina Village, Kakamega East Sub-county.
