MZEE JAMES ORINA GETABU

We regret to announce the death of Mzee James Orina Getabu of Nyamakoroto Village, Nyamira County, which occurred on 11th May, 2021, after a short illness at Mediheal Hospital – Eldoret.

Beloved husband of Alexina Kerubo. Son of the late Getabu and the late Mama Lucy. Father of Patrick (Moi International Airport – Mombasa), Christine (NPS Nakuru), Lucy (Nakuru), Michael, and Derrick. Brother of the late Osinde, Nyamamba, Nyamweya, Prisca, Ruth, Magret, the late Amwoma, Mariera, Momanyi, the late Mokaya, Mainye, the late Nyaboke, Gesare and Kerubo. Uncle of the Osindes, Nyamweyas, Nyamambas, Marieras, Mokayas, among others. Grandfather of Sandra, Beyonce, Sasha, Pauline, Adrian, Ian, Nyangweso, and Sianna.

The family and friends are meeting daily at Nyamakoroto, Mombasa, Nakuru and Eldoret for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Racecourse Mortuary – Eldoret, on 20th May 2021. The funeral service will be held on 21st May, 2021, from 9.00am, at his Nyamakoroto home. Covid19 MoH guidelines will be strictly observed.
