MZEE JOSEPH WILLIS AMUTI

It is with fond memories, grateful hearts, and profound grief, that we announce the sudden demise of Mzee Joseph Willis Amuti, on May 17th 2021.

Son of the late Snr. Chief Solomon Owango Ong’ondo and the late Sara Okoth. Mzee Amuti was married to the late Mama Mary Agnes Nyadero Amuti, Margaret Amuti, and Dorcas Amuti. Father of the late John Constantine Odhiambo, Gladys – Bunde, Eunice Otieno, Grace Akinyi, the late Samuel Owiny, the late James Okumu, Dr. Susan Odawa, Eng. Mathews Ondiek, Jemima Okoth, Solomon Owango, Erick Okoth, Fred Amuti, Davies Amuti, Robert Amuti, the late Solomon Owango (Boss), Barrack Amuti, Paul Mboya, George Amuti, Pst. Gad Amuti, Emily Obera and Monica Juma. He is also survived by 65 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Star Mortuary (Ogango) in Kisumu on Friday 28th May, 2021, at 6.00am, to his home in Rawinji Village (opp, Rawinji Chief’s Camp) in Oyugis town for funeral and burial service on the same day.
