With profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing on of Mzee Paul Nyiwa Mbuti (Kakungu), which occurred on 8th May 2020 at Ponya Hospital, Wote County.

Son of late Mbuti Kakungu and his late wife Ndanu Malia, of Kiima Kimwe, Machakos. Brother to the late Negeli, the late Samson, the late Nduva, the late Mwangangi, the late Julius Mulee, the late Ngonyo, and Felistus Mukulu. Beloved husband of the Late Ann Ndinda. Treasured father of Alphonse Mboo, Grace Kimeu, late Lucy Kavatha, Boniface Musau (Kenya), Late Lt. Col. Robert Nyiwa, Carol Muema, Michael Muthusi, Capt.(Rtd.) Steve Nyiwa, Daniel Mutavi, and late Veronica Mwende. Father-in- law of Martha Mboo, George Kimeu, late Gideon Mutuku, Mirriam Musau (Ikaasu School), Elizabeth Ngundo (KPC), Martin Muema (OP), Annastacia Mwende Kakungu (KSG).

He had 28 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Makueni Pamoja Funeral Home, Makueni County on Tuesday 12th May 2020 at 8.00 am for celebration of Holy Mass and burial at his home at Kiuani Village, Kathonzweni Sub-Location, Makueni County.
