It’s with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mzee Philip Otsoha Siloya of Ebusiratsi Elukongo, Emuhaya, Vihiga County and former teacher which occurred after a long illness.

Loving husband of Rev. Pepetwa Okwisa Siloya. Son of the late Mikael Matika Siloya and the late Damary Andisi. Brother of the late Roy Siloya, the late samuel Siloya, the late Rita Siloya, the late Ruth Lisingari, the late Rose Siloya, the late Nelson Siloya and the late Eunice Ayuma. Devoted and loving father of the late Alice, Habil, Margaret, Michael, Mary, Pauline, Jason, the late Ruth, Susan and Donald. Grandfather of 46 and great grandfather of many.

Otsoha Siloya will be laid to rest on June 20, 2020 in Ebusiratsi
