MZEE WILSON MUHUNYO MWANGI

1940 – 2023

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mzee Wilson Muhunyo Mwangi on 4th April 2023.

Son of the late Chief Apollo Mwangi and the late Wanjiku Mwangi.

Husband of the late Phyllis Wambui Mwangi and Teresia Wanjiru Muhunyo. Beloved father of Maina Mwangi, Caroline Wanjiku and Joe Onsando, the late Dr Gichora Mwangi, Tony Kariuki, and Hannah Wambui Muhunyo.

A doting grandfather to Ciku Maina, Aisha Onsando, Moraa Onsando, Muhunyo Maina, Iman Onsando, Wambui Maina, Gichora Maina, Dan Kariuki, David Kariuki, and Wilson Muhunyo Kariuki.
He was a fond brother, father-in-law, uncle, and great-uncle to many.

The funeral service will take place at Kigumo Benders High School at 11.30am on Wednesday, 12Th April 2023.
