It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Wilson Nyegenye Walwe of Khabondi Village, Nasewa Location, Matayos Sub-County, Busia County. First born to the late Walter Otolo Walwe and the late Rhoda Narotso.

Husband of Albina Makokha and Phylis Atsieno. Father of Engineer Daniel K Barasa and Mary Anjeline Barasa, Charles “Khabondi” Nyegenye and Consolata Oduori, Egesa JJ Wanyegenye and Eunice Egesa, Pastor Robert Abwire and Anne Namakula, Prescovia Nangira and Patrick Omondi, Jane Narotso and Alfred Juma, Gerald “Jero” Ojiambo and Sylvia Ojiambo, Henry Taabu and Rebecca Tallam.

Brother of Stephen Ouma Walwe, the late Andera Walwe, John Nasubo Walwe, the late Justo Walwe, the late Joseph Nakhone, Florence Sirimba, the late Maximilla “Hadija” Juma, the late Masiga Walwe, Joseph Werimo, Jenter Nabwire, the late Namukuru, Pamba Walwe, John Okuku, Robert Okotsi Walwe, William Ndege, the late Wycliffe Akumba Walwe, Adriano Ogara, the late Tito Walwe, Risper Okiya, Alice Walwe among others.

Mzee Busimoni had 33 grandchildren namely John, Henry, Moses, Melany, Daniella, Harriet, Lilian, Ronnie, Robina, Agatha, Derrick, Rahab, Hellen, Zipporah, Egesa Junior, Michelle, Martina, Martha, Abwire Junior, Nicholas, Felix, Victor, Leone, Miriam, Brian, Stephanie, Deborah, Lulu, Neema, Ella among others. He also had seven (7) great grandchildren.

Burial will take place at his home on Friday 12th June 2020 at Nasewa Location, Matayos Sub-County, Busia County.
