It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Nancy Wanjiru Kariuki of Kanuna Village, Nyeri County after a long illness bravely borne.

Beloved Wife of the late Moses Kariuki Ndindi. Loving Mother of Eng. Mwangi, the late Bernard Kiguta, the late Joseph Waruru, Esther Nyawira Maina, Phillis Wangari Munuhe (USA), Salome Wambui Waithaka and Joyce Wamaitha. Mother in-law of the late Margaret Njoki Mwangi and Nancy Wamuyu Kiguta.

Sister of Elizabeth Wamaitha, the late Gichini, the late Kabira, Wakini and Gakuru. Grandmother of Stephen Kariuki, Ruth Wangeci, Wanjiru Mwangi, Ken Muturi, Edward Kariuki, Timothy Wachira, Vivian Wanjiru, Eric Wambugu, Marion Nyaruai, Moses Kariuki, Edwin Kariuki, Edwin Maina, Geoffrey Mbuuri, Jackline Ngima and Eugene Kariuki. Great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her Kanuna home from 3.00pm.

The cortege leaves Nyeri funeral home (Outspan) on Friday 2nd Oct, 2020 at 8.00 a.m. Thereafter, burial service at Kirichu PCEA Church starting at 10.00am followed by interment at her Kanuna home, Kirichu-Kiganjo, Nyeri County.
