NELSON MATIVO
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nelson Mativo of Kiongwani Village, Kasikeu ward, Mukaa Sub-county, Makueni County, after a long illness on 2/1/2022 in Nairobi.
He was the son of the late Mativo Katunge and the late Anna Nthemba Mativo, stepson to Monica Mativo. Beloved husband to Mary Mativo. Father to Dennis Nzioka, Joseph Mwanzia, Elijah Mativo and Catherine Ndunge. Father-in-law to Christine Mbilo, Jane Wiwa and Mercy Muoka.
Grandfather to Bramuel, Shaniya, Ryan,Angel, Sean, Sherlyn, and Adrian. Brother to Agnes Mutua, the late Chief Benjamin Mativo, the late Kavoye Kamula, James Mativo, Edward Mativo, Franklin Mativo, the late Johnathan Mativo, the late Mary Kivuitu, Ndinda Musau, and Muthoki Kungu.
Brother-in-law to Rose Mativo, Samuel Mutungwa, Joseph Nzioka, Sarah Musembi, Agnes Monthe, Simon Wambua, Peter Kioko, Rebecca Mwikali, Christine Kimondiu, among others. He was the son-in-law to the late Onesmus Nzioka and Tabitha Wanza In-law to the families of Boniface Kimundi, Ronald Wiwa and Tabitha Muoka.
Uncle to Stanford, Geoffrey, Felister, Zipporah, Ndinda, Dorcas, Hellen, Paul, John, Bishop Godfrey, Kyalo, Mwende, Joyce, Winston among others.
Family, relatives and friends are meeting online and at his home Kiongwani. The Body will leave Montenzuma Funeral Home Machakos on Saturday 15/1/2022 at 7AM, for funeral service and burial at his home in Kiongwani village, Kasikeu Ward the same day.
