It’s with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Omong’ina Florence Bwari Mochoge which occurred on the 28th November 2023 at Karen, Nairobi.

Wife to the late Charles Mochoge Mayaka. Mother to Nicholas Nyabuti Mochoge, the late Patrick Nyatundo, Ben Mochoge, the late Lillian Nyasuguta, David Mochoge, Titus Mochoge, James Mochama and Seme Mochoge. Mother-in-law to Patricia Nyabuti, Janet Mboga, Jemima Muthoni, Brenda Makori and Emily Mochama. Grandmother to Mayakas, Nyasugutas, Kemunto, among others. Great-grandmother to Jayden and Charles.

Daughter to the late Nchema Anyuga and Martha Nchema, the late Nyaboke and the late Gesare. Daughter-in-law to Mayaka Nyamwaro and Kemunto Momanyi; Kwamboka.

Sister to Makori, Tera, Moige, the late Priscilla, the late Peris, the late Zipporah, Lucy, Pauline, Jane, Dorcas, the late Josephine, Raini, Mochumbe, Kerongo, among others.

Sister-in-law to the late George Nyanyuki, Ariri Mogire, Anna Nyarinda, Florence Mokeira, the late Samuel Nyamwaro; Peter Gichana, Nyabuti, Lucas, Morava, Orina, Menge,Alice and Monica; Sibia, Nyamoita and Rose; Nyamongo, Barongo, Kimanga and Kenanda.
