PASTOR HELEN TANGUS

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing on of Pastor Helen Tangus, which occurred on the 16th of June, 2024.

She was the wife of Samuel Tangus of Chematich Village, Sillibwet, Bomet County.

Mother of Shem Tangus (CEO of AGC Tenwek Hospital), Enock Cheruiyot (B.Man of Nairobi), and Joy Chebet (Eldama Ravine).

Daughter of the late Kibiwott Keino and the late Cherop Keino.

Sister of Taparno Keino, Stephen Sulai, Lina, Esther, Paul Singoei of Londiani, the late Kipkorir, the late Susan, John, the late James, Sarah, Leah, David, and Rosaline of Olenguruone.

Mother-in-law of Faith, Betsy, and Wesley. 

Grandmother of Alma, Ted, Kiprop, Ahadi,

Rafah, AbbyMercy,Victor, Adriel, and Amaya.

A Fundraising will be held on 19th July 2024 at 3:00PM at her home.

The cortege will leave AGC Tenwek Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 20th June 2024, at 11:00 am for a memorial service at AGC Silibwet Church.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, 21st June 2024, at Aisaik Primary School grounds, starting at 10:00 am, and thereafter she will later be laid to rest at her home in Chematich village.
