It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of Gods will, that we announce the death of Patrick Wambu Memia (Retired Assistant Chief Kiamwangi) due to illness.

He was the Son the late Paul Memia & Milkah Nyamathwe, and loving Husband to Mary Muthoni Wambu. Brother to Rev Canon James Kiraka, Terresiah Wacu, Beatrice Wambui, Tabitha Nyambutu. Father to Lucy Nyamathwe, the late Emily Njeri, Paul Memia, Francis Githinji, Terresiah Wacu and Ann Wambui.

Father-in-law to, the late Paul Wainaina, John Karanja, Joyce Memia, Dorcas Githinji, Joakim Muchiri. Grandfather to Patrick Wambu, Late Dennis Njuguna, Kevin Kinyanjui, Lucy Wangeci, Ben Githaiga, Patick Karanja, Joseph Macharia, Mary Muthoni, Dennis Wambu, Elizabeth Wangui, Kevin Wambu, Evelyn Muthoni, Tomas Karanja, Erick Ndichu, Brian Wambu, Patrick Wambu and Nice Muthoni. Great grandfather to Sonia Riri, Ethan Baraka, Kyle Baraka, Liam Karanja, Lian Wambui and Jace Memia.

Funeral arrangements are being done at his home in Gikuyu-Kiamwangi from 4pm to 7pm.

The cortege leaves K.0 Funeral Home on Wednesday, 12/1/2022 at 8am followed by a Funeral mass at his home in Gikuyu, Kiamwangi at 10 am where he will also be buried.
