It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Elder Peris Muthoni Ngubu Muiyuro, on Friday 3 rd May 2024, after a long illness.

A loving wife of the late Elder Daniel Ngubu Muiyuro.

Mother of Dianah Njeri and the late Francis Macharia; Rose Wangui and Amb. Solomon Maina, Margaret Wanjiku and Wamae Muhara, Steve Muiyuro and Catherine

Wambui, Johnson Mwaura and Alice Wanjiku; George Thuku; Anne Wanjiru and Hon. Peter Kenneth.

Sister of Mary Wanjiru and the late Gicharu, Joel and Rebecca Karaya, the late Rtd. Rev. John Mburu and Charity Muthoni, Charity Wanjiku and the late Ngugi, Rose

Wangui and the late Mwangi, Alice and John Jukes, the late Rev. Nahashon Gichuru and Tabitha Gichuru.

Sister-in-law of Elijah Karanja and Jacinta Waithera, the late Gladys Wanjiku, the late Ngugi, the late Muiruri, the late Kaberia and Lucia & Grace, among others.

Grandmother of Brian & Sinead, Lynn, Norah, Timothy, Andrew & Nyambura, Murugi, Muhara, Sharon & Kwadwo, Kevin, Ian, Liona, Andrew and Andrea.

Great-grandmother of Gianna, Ciaran & Darragh, Nadia & Norah.

The cortege leaves the Lee Funeral home on Friday at 8.30am for the Funeral Service which will be held at Kirwara Secondary School on Friday 10th May, 2024 at

10:00am and thereafter the Burial ceremony to be held at her home in Kirwara Village, Gatanga, Murang’a County.
