With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of our beloved Mwalimu Peris Ngami Chuchu on 30th June, 2024.

Daughter of the late William Koine Kinyua and Edith Wanjiru Koine.

Wife of the late James Chuchu Kuria.

Mother of the late Joyce Wambui Njoroge, Edith Gachomba, the late David Kuria, Jane Wangari Mwangi, and the late William Kimani.

Sister of the late Wambui Koine, the late David Kinyua Koine, the late Peter Mbugua Koine, the late James Kinyanjui Koine, the late Hannah Wanjiku and the late Ng’endo Koine.

Grandmother of Zipora Wanjiku & George Njau, Lee Munyua & Patience Kalotia, Jim Chuchu, Muthoni Gachomba, Peris Kuria, Peris Ngami, Mary Wangui and Moses Mburu. Great grandmother and Auntie of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Mitahato Village, Githunguri, Kiambu for prayers and funeral arrangements from 4.00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Teaching & Referral Hospital (KUTRRH) on Friday 12th July, 2024 for Church service at ACK St Joseph’s Mitahato Church at 11.00am and thereafter burial at her home
