It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our-beloved mum Peris Nyakara Mayieka of Kirwanda Village, Ogango Sub-Location, Central Kitutu Location Nyamira County after along illiness that she bravely fought.

Daughter of the late Onchong’a Nyamoko & Moraa Onchong’a of Manyasi Village. Wife of the late Meshack Mayieka. Sister of Ochoki Onchong’a, Eunice Ombagi, Mainga, Monyoncho, the late: Mayieka, Kemunto, Charles and Thomas, Arani, Obwoge, Mokaya. Sister-in-law of the late Kinara, Bwonda, Nyangau, Nyanchoka, Nyaboke, Geteri Obonyo, the late Rhoda, Grace, the late Bosibori, the late Jerusa the late Omwenga and Ombagi. Mother of Pauline Monga’re of Nyamira, Harun Ogari, Rhoda Nyanchama of Nrb, Dick Mayieka, the late Nelson Ogana, Joash Nyakaru, Alice Bosibori Nrb, Jane Nyakerario Nrb, Hosborn Atuti Kip Melamine, Hellen Kwamboka of Mwongori Scheme, Jared Mayieka of MTRH & Rebecca Bonareri of Ardhi Sacco.

Mother-in-law of Caren the late Nyaboke, the late Robina, the late Nyangweso, Beatrice & Jane. Aunt of Isaac, Ochoki, Atai, Onchonga, Tom Ombagi, Beatrice, Nyaberi Johannah, Joseph, Ben Kinara, Esther Kemunto, Nyaera, Kometa, Omenyo & Moti. Grandmother of Duke, Douglas, Dennis, Benard, Henry Moses, Oburu, Nelsons, Brenda, Diana And Weinstern. Great grandmother of many. Korera of the late Nyarang’o, the late Omagwa, the late Omwoyo, the late Mosoti, the late Basweti, Migiro, Moraa, B. Kerubo, Milka, Ombworo & Mose.

The body is lying at Chiromo Mortuary Nrb: funeral & burial services will be announced later.
