It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Peter Akala Mackatiani who died on 17th August 2024 at Kakamega

County Referral Hospital. He hailed from Shitochi vIllage, Kakamega County.

A loving husband of Beatrice Khasoa of Shitochi Friends Church.

Brother of Willimina Mutuvachi Mulindi, Dr. Caleb Mackatiani, Hannah, Rhodah, Fridah, Joyce, Dorcus, the late Rev. Benjamin, Rev. Francis, Jerida, and Sammy.

Father of Everlyne, Ayuma, Mildred, Dennis, Bella, Sheila, mike, Fedinand and the late Atamba.

Grandfather of Angel Dominic and many others, and great grandfather of many.

Uncle of Pinnah, Nelly, Conny, Margret, Allan, Mercy and many others.

Brother-in-law of Reuben and Peter.

The cortège will leave Kakamega County Referral Hospital on 29th August 2024 at 9.00 A.M for burial on 31st August 2024 in his homestead in Shitochi.
