PETER GICHUNGE (WANDUKU)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the demise of Peter Gichunge (Wanduku), formerly of County Council of Meru.

Son of Nturuti Karubiri and the late Gata Nthuku. Loving husband of Mary Gichunge.

Father of Alex Gichunge, the late John Gichunge, Karimi Gichunge, Mugambi Gichunge, Murithi Gichunge (Delmonte), Pamella Gichunge of Kitui Hospital, Gacheri Gichunge of Chuka Hospital, Doreen Gichunge of Kiereni Dispensary and Kambura Gichunge.

Brother of Pascal Kithinji Nturuti, Janet Karea Nturuti, the late Uniotho Nturuti and the late John Kinyua Nturuti.

Uncle to many, Grandfather and great-grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Kangutu Village, Karongoni Sub-location, Meru South Sub-county, Tharaka Nithi County from 3.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home, on Wednesday 23rd December, 2020 at 8.00am, for a funeral service and burial at his home in Kangutu Village, Karongoni Sub-location.
