Peter Gudo Ogira

It is with deepest sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Peter Gudo Ogira on 18th May, 2020, who was an Assistant Lecturer in Biological Sciences Department at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.

Son of the late Marcilus Gudo and the late Mama Dorina Gudo of Kamgan Village, Upper Kadianga Sub-locatioin, Bolo Location, Nyakach Sub-County, Kisumu County. Husband of Janet Akoth Osok Gudo. Father of Benny George Gudo of Lenana School, Henry Hesbon Gudo of St. Peters Mumias Boys and Emily Elizabeth of Kakamega Primary School. Brother of Zedekiah Okello of National Administration, the late Samwel Oginga, the late Dr. Caleb Gudo, the late Shadrack Otieno, Ruth, Martha, Nerea and the late Teresia. Son-in-law of Mzee Martin Osok and Mama Patricia of Kisumu Karateng. Cousin of Leonard, Michael, the Odorius, Churchill and Joe Arodi. Uncle of Philip, Alex, Tom, Otieno, Ouma, Joseph, Pius, Charles, Samuel, Nina, Vicky, Israel, Joshua and others. Brother in law of Milka, Carolyne and Consolata.

The body is at St. Elizabeth Mukumu Hospital Mortuary. The cortege leaves the mortuary on Monday 25/05/2020 at 10.00 a.m for Kamgan Village, Kisumu County. Funeral service and burial will be on Tuesday 26/05/2020 at his home village at 11.00 a.m.
