PETER KANJAMA

The family of Peter Alfred lreri Kanjama wish to announce his peaceful passing in the morning of Sat 24th July at his home in Kilimani, Nairobi.

Husband to the late Bertha Kanjama. Father to Nicholas & Celestine, Gilbert & Wangeci, Eric & Salty, Charles, and the late Maurice. Grandfather to Gabriel, Ndungu, Michael, Lozette and Prince. Loved as uma, uncle, cousin, friend, and neighbour to many.

Formerly of University of Nairobi with his ancestral home in Kithimu, Embu. Nephew to mzee Njeru Mwea; brother to James Nyaga Kanjama. His parents were the late Kanjama Mwea & Ruth Cuka. His sisters were the late Nthereru Nguya, Hellena Waniagi, Esther Kaliamburi and Estheria Gachamu. Brother in-law to the late Joel Niiru, Joshua Njiru, Mary Njagi, Teresa Ndwiga, Betty Karukenya, Alice Nyaga, Gerald Munyi and Lucas Mugo.

Family and friends meet from Wed 28th to Fri 30th Jul at All Saints Cathedral from 5pm.

His requiem mass will be held Tue 3rd August at 10am Consolata Shrine, Westlands with the burial taking place thereafter at Langata Cemetery.
